Dolce loves everyone she meets. She is full of life and herself, exuding confidence. She is keen on birds, smart as a whip ~ picking up the latest game. 

Dolce completes her Junior Hunter title in 4 straight legs in one weekend. Thanks to Jim Cochran and Kevin for bringing it all together in short order…allowing this hunting “monster” to shine!

Dolce placed 4th in Open Puppy at her first Field Trial in Merritt, BC.09/12 . Spring 2013 Dolce ran in the VIPDC Trial – Nanoose Bay, BC she Won the Open Puppy for her 1st point towards a Field Trial Championship! Dolce was handled by Brian Robinson and place 3rd in Open Derby handled by Phil Stanton, Thanks guys – this mean alot to me. April she completed her FDJ in Canada. May ~ Dolce ran at the BCABPC Field Trial in and WON Open Derby – handled for the first time on horseback by Vici Johnstone. 2 more points towards her FTCH!!

Dolce is doing very well in the show ring completing her CKC Championship easily with Group placements and finished her AKC CH always in good competition as she was only shown at Specialties and supported entry shows. She has won Multiple Breed Specialty Sweepstakes and Multiple All Breed Sweeps.

GSPCA NSS in Gettysburg, PA ~ The Regular classes, Dolce does very well placing 2nd in a very tough Bred By Exhibitor class under breeder Judge Ruth Ann Freer-Godfrey. Futurity, Judge Mrs. Blackbourn awards Dolce a 2nd Place and Dolce made it down to the last cuts in Sweepstakes, just out of the ribbons under Judge Andi Owens. At the Mason-Dixon GSP Specialty following Nationals Dolce WINs the Sweepstakes under Judge Dr. Alyssa Temple-Silar and places 3rd in the BBE Regular Classes under Judge Dan Mack.05/13

This youngster has oodles of potential ~ we hope to nurture in the field and other performance venues…We look forward to a bright future.

Dolce is 2 for 2 qualifying legs towards her Senior Hunter title trained and handled by Jim Cochran at the GSPCofWA Hunt Test. 06/14

Dolce adds another Senior Hunter leg towards her AKC title at the WWC and places 3rd in Open Gun Dog in Eastern Washington – Dolce is trained, handled by Jim Cochran and spoiled by Carol Irving of Jim Cochran Sporting Dogs of Fall City,WA.08/14

Two new titles for Dolce, she completes her American Grand Championship at the Rainier Sporting Dog Assoc Specialty and wins her first Specialty Show under Breeder Judge Betsy Yates, OH at the GSPCofWA – Sunday of the Specialty weekend Dolce goes Best of Breed! 08/14

Another Specialty Win for Dolce in a lovely line-up of dogs, under esteemed Sporting judge Carl Leipmann, WI at the GSPCofWA Specialty Show held in Ridgefield. WA. 12/14

We start 2015 off with a very exciting Specialty Win…The GSPCA Regional Specialty under Breeder Judge Karen Rooks Nauer, CO – held in Portland, OR in conjunction with the Rose City Classic All Breed Shows – 01/15

At the BCABPC Field Trial May 17th in Princeton, BC I entered her in Amateur Shooting Dog Stake – with no training since the Fall/14 – Dolce placed 2nd garnering another point towards her FTCH! Thank you Phil Stanton for handling Dolce for me, on foot…climbing hill and dale…this was a thrill for us!

In 2018 Dolce completes her Senior Hunter with Jim Cochran!!  She garners a couple of Field Trial placements and adds a couple of legs towards her AKC Master Hunter titles.  Dolce completes her Master Hunter in June 2019!  With the interruption of events during 2020/2021 Dolce is finally able to attend an event to complete her CKC Field Dog Excellent title in October 2021!
